In middle school, I remember taking a career test that suggested I would become an entrepreneur. At the time, I didn't fully grasp the significance of it, but looking back, it foreshadowed my future.
Growing up, I witnessed my parents' entrepreneurial journey firsthand. My dad owned a flower shop in Lafayette, California, and worked tirelessly to make it successful. Twice a week, he'd wake up at 2:30 in the morning to drive to San Francisco or Oakland to buy fresh flowers. My mom, despite having a full-time job, helped with the business books in the evenings. Their hard work and determination provided a solid example of what it takes to run a successful business and instilled in me the value of dedication and self-belief.
Inspired by my parents as a kid, I washed cars for money, sold caramel apple pops, and bought and sold memorabilia and jerseys. Even when I was working a normal 9-to-5, I was always looking for new opportunities. One night, my friends and I were waiting in line to get into a nightclub. Frustrated by the wait, I realized that we knew enough people to host our own events. I connected with a promoter, learned the ropes, and eventually started organizing and promoting our own nightclub events.
However, that lifestyle wasn't sustainable for a stable relationship or family life. Around this time, I remembered my uncle, who had passed away, telling me I'd be good in real estate. I had thought about getting into real estate after high school but put it on the back burner. I worked at Bank of America for eight years. The job felt soul-sucking and was the ultimate motivation to finally give real estate a try.

To learn from the best, I joined a top team in Contra Costa as a buyer's agent for two and a half years, closing more deals each year. My diverse background has significantly shaped my strengths in real estate. Early on, I honed my communication skills through customer service roles, where I learned the importance of clarity, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Transitioning to a sales role at Bank of America, I gained experience in understanding clients' financial needs and providing tailored solutions. My stint in club promoting further enhanced my ability to network and organize large-scale events, skills that seamlessly translate to hosting successful open houses and client appreciation events. This blend of experiences equipped me with a unique skill set that I leverage daily to deliver exceptional results for my clients.

I’ve been married since 2017, but my wife, Angelica, and I have been together for 18 years. She’s always supported me and served as my rock as I navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. I've made a conscious effort to balance work with quality time spent with family and friends. I love golfing, enjoying time with my pit bull, Max, and traveling anywhere with water, whether it's Hawaii or a camping trip by the lake!
What I enjoy most about real estate is the constant challenge and problem-solving nature of the work. Every transaction is unique—while I have years of industry experience, I am always open to learning new things and staying current on the needs of the market. My ultimate goal is to deliver the best service possible to my clients.
I bring a diverse range of skills to the real estate industry, including expertise in single-family, multifamily, and luxury properties. Having lived in the area my entire life, I enjoy applying my community knowledge to guide first-time home buyers and relocation clients to find the perfect area and property for their needs. I'm also highly effective in communication, ensuring clear and productive conversations with clients, and I have a proven track record in marketing, leveraging both traditional and digital strategies to maximize property visibility. I’m hands-on from beginning to end, and even after, committed to serving as your REALTOR® for life.
Sincerely,
